[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Not taking recharge of rs. 96

I have done mnc (Portability) on 4th april and my connection started on 15th of april but no recharge and frc is taking and after 2 days its my number was deactivated automatically. Then i complained to reliance store then its again activated but still my cdma number is not taking recharge of rs. 96 to upgarde in 4g and i am suffering from 2 weeks. I already complain it but no reply from reliance.
