[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not tending to the request for terminating the internet service | |||||
I had been using reliance wimax since 2010. But due to consistent network connectivity issues, i raised a complaint in april 2016 which even for 2 months, was not resolved. I then decided to terminate the connection and raised a request in may. I was informed through an email that the last date for my rental service will be may 23rd. But this was never done and they are unnecessarily sending me monthly bills for the service that could not use from april. The bill has come upto rs 6000/-. Its disappointing for a reputed company to play fool with their customers and extracting money in the wrong way. I need immediate termination of the internet connection from reliance. I will not be paying this amount since i have not been able to use the connection from april 2016. Was this information helpful? | |||||
