[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not terminating my Broadband Connection | |||
My user Id is[protected]. I had registered a termination request about 2 months back and also received a phone call from the company confirming it about 10 days after it. My connection is still not terminated and I am still getting monthly bills. On contacting the customer care they said my termination request was auto-closed. This is preposterous. Also the customer care has put me on hold for the past 30 mins. This is clear fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||
