[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not terminating the reliance broadband connection.. | |||||
Dear sir, My name is deepak, i have a reliance broadband connection on my sister's name kishori patil. From last 5 months we are not using the connection.. Several times we call customer care no for terminating the connection (As usual taking 15 mins wait time.) Now they are sending bill every month. Last month we paid 1500 rs as per there suggestions to terminate final time.. But again this month they sent new 1500 rs bill. Not getting how to deal with this matter.. Local people calling again and again for the to pay the pending amount.. Every time some new charges.. New reason for bill. Now they are asking 1500rs for terminating the connection..
