Wi-pod lte 4g internet access error

I am using reliance wi-pod lte 4g & from last two days its not connecting it is showing no internet access but not showing data
I am also try to connect with your customer care (customer care number is - *355 &[protected] but no buddy pic up call and keep me waiting more than 1 hrs.

My wi-pod no is [protected] so pls check and suggest the same.
