[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Notice against payment for data card which i have deactivated

I was using reliance data card since 2012.in early 2016, i have lost my first data card and hence i closed it through reliance customer care. Then purchased a new reliance wipod 3g device in april 2016 which was working till july 2016. Suddenly new wipod device was not working which i have purchased for rs.1600. When i inquired in the reliance center, they have informed that they have completely closed 3g and i need to buy a new device for 4g connection which cost around rs.2500. I do not want to buy a new one and face similar issues and hence in the same spot, i have asked the reliance store person to close the datacard.

She checked my outstanding balance and informed that outstanding payment is rs.0 and hence closed my card for which i have received a message from reliance on 27th aug 2016.

Then again in sep 2016 month i have received bill and received few calls as well to pay the bill amount of rs.622. I have clearly explained them over phone and they accepted it as well. Suddenly they have sent some legal notice to my home for which my entire family were shocked.

How should i face this issue? Kindly advise.
