Reliance Communications — Number not deactivated after too many calls, rude reply by the Customer Care Desk | |||
I lodged a request on October 14, 2014 to deactivate my Reliance # [protected] and the request # is as[protected]. They said that they would deactivate this number in 5 days. There was no action being taken on this. We made all the advance payments for this.I again made a call back in 7 days, they said that the number would be deactivated in 2 days. Again no action was being taken by them. Lastly I rushed to Reliance Communications Outlet at Borivalli (W) two to three times and they said that their server is down and they cannot help it out. Out of no help, I called the Customer Care once again and the support person was 'Sachin' with the request # as[protected]. The person told in a very rude way, 'WE DO NOT CARE. THIS WOULD TAKE AN ANOTHER 15 DAYS AND YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE THE PAYMENT''. Also, the person said in a very rude way, whatever that you can do, you may, they would not help out this. This issue and the behavior of the customer care needs an urgent action. Too bad of a Reliance Customer Centeric Service. Was this information helpful? | |||
