Complaint marked as Resolved Not resolved as committed by Reliance they have barred all the services including incoming sms from 14.1.2017 immediately after activation of my sim on 12.1.2017 and put me in trouble.
Even after given a required documents in their store, they have not taken any step for resolving the issue and deliberately keeping mum. In one email on 15.1.2017, they have committed to resolve by 18.1.17 at 4.00pm but nothing took place.
If TRAI interferes, hope issue will be resolved.
Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
