SOME DAYS AGO YOUR OUTLET CALL TO ME AND SAY ME WE CAN ACTIVATE YOUR NUMBER YOUR SHOULD PAY SOME MONY AND GIVE SOME DOCUMENTS I GO TO YOUR OUTLET ( SHOP NO.17 MAIN OUTER RING ROAD BHERA ENCLAVE PASCHIM VIHAR -110087 ) AND GIVE 300 AND DOCUMENTS AND THEY GIVE ME A NEW SIM AND TELL ME YOU CAN SWITCH ON TOMMOROW YOUR NUMBER WILL ACTIVATE BUT WHEN I INSERT THE SIM IN THE MOBILE NUMBER IS CHANGED [protected] I CALL HIM AND TELL THIS PROBLEMS THEY SAY ME WE CHANGE YOUR NUMBER IN SOME DAYS BEFORE SOME DAYS MY NUMBER IS CHANGED BUT CHARGED TO ME NUMBER CHOICE AND LATE PAYMENT BUT I GIVE BILL AMOUNT TO HIM BEFORE DUE DATE HE SAY TO ME WE WAVER YOUR BILL PLZ GIVE SOME TIME AND SOME TIME LATTER I CALL HIM AND SAY PLZ WAVER MY BILL HE SAY WE WAVER YOU PAY YOUR BILL WITHOUT WAVER AMOUNT 270+100 I PAY MY BILL WITHOUT THIS AMOUNT DUE DATE IS GONE BUT MY BILL IS NOT WAVER AND MY OUTGOING DEACTIVATE IN SOME DAYS I PAY THIS AMOUNT 370 BUT MY NEW BILL GENREAT AND CHARGED TO ME LATE PAYMENT PLZ TAKE A ACTION I COMPLAIN IN YOUR CUSTOMER CARE MANY TIMES BUT DONT RECIVE ANY SOLUTION I CAN FILL CASE IN CONSUMER COURT PLZ TAKE ACTION AGAINST YOUR OUTLET
