[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Overcharging than credit limit

I have been using reliance 3G 599/-unlimited plan earlier.Recently i was told that the company is upgrading its services to 4G and i was made to purchase a wipod amounting 1700/-with the assurance that my old plan will continue but in reality i was handed a 1100 monthly plan without my consent.I continued your services for which i got a bill of 1265/- according to my past experience i never got bill more than my monthly plan of Rs 599/ but i still paid 1265/-Rs but next month my bill came to 3045/-approx when my credit limit was 2000/-Rs how did such thing happen.I have recently got an email asking me to clear 3469 Rs(In this rental charge of 500 approx incuded even after i had called to terminate my service was incuded).some Irfan has send me a legal notice yesterday.Is this not unfair?.

Updated by date2017 I have mailed to [protected]@relianceada.com 2-3 days back as suggested by customer care but have not received any reply as yet.I am getting notified every other day to pay my pending bill or be present at reliance office on 21 jan.I have even been sent a notice to attend pre-litigation court on 11 feb.so be prompt in replying .
