[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Paid for the service i haven't used | |||||
I guess by month of march, have taken two dongle ([protected] &[protected]) with the plan 1000 Ruppes 40 GB 10 MBPS speed but i haven't received even in 512 kbps speed. on March end i received a bill for around 400 for each. I have raised a concern to customer care that speed is very slow and requested them to update me then i will pay the bill. I stopped using the net at that moment itself but next month i received a bill of 1717 for each dongle. I have spoke clearly to customer care executive about this on first month itself. Few days back i got a call from courier service stating that demand notice has been filed against me They have threatened me like i have face many consequnce if i didnt pay the bill as it moved to legal by The lawyer I paid the amount for the service i didnt use.
