Thanks a lot for showing the value of reliance customer. Seriously you guys dont have time to reply the mail.
Another incident, sorry i must say pathetic service and customer service.
Today i called up to your customer care for that i am unable to make Video call to any other network, So one of your customer care executive ( Customer harassment executive) named Adarsh Dubey, picked up my call and i explain him everything about my problem regarding Video call, He was arguing wiith me that in Ulhasnagar we dont provide 3G services so you will not able to make video call, Now tell me WHAT THE HELL IS THIS, that means you guys were fooling around your customer regarding 3G Network in Ulhasnagar and i believe at my home i am using 2 more service of reliance Plan which is 1499/-. If reliance dont provide 3G service in Ulhasnagar then why you guys are giving the plan of 1499 and so on
3G plans.
When i am telling your executive that since 4 years i am paying 1499 and using 3G services, so he was saying that luckily you are getting the 3G services and was very rude and mannerless. when i told him to take my complaint, so he directly told me that he will not take any complaints.
So my concern over here is if 3G service is not there in Ulhasnagar then why you guys charges for 1499/- 3G internet plan, i need explanation on this and waiver for the same, anyway i have changed my plan from 1499 to 125, despite giving several complaints of 3G speed issue.
If 3G network is there in ulhasnagar then i need you people take some serious action against Adarsh Dubey and i want a apology call or mail.
In a week time if i didnt get any resolution on is then i need to post this things in social media and online complaints forum.
Note: I have all the recording save with me.
