I want to inform you that i request online on 1st march for new reliance landline connection at 301 sakaar textile house, nr. jash market, ring-road, surat, 395002. i give a cheque of 570/-rs. to your sales executive hemen vasoya {m. no.[protected]}, whose senior officer is sirish nayar-{m. no. [protected]}. cheque cleared on date 05. march'2016, but connection not active till 15th july'2016.
