I am Vithy, registering the complaint on behalf of my wife Amulya
Below is the Statement from Reliance on 13 May 2013
"Pls make an Amt of Rs.1314/- against the due of Rs.1783 /- as Full and Final Settlement towards your Acc No:[protected], Mdn No:[protected] .
Sometime in June or July 2013, Reliance executive came to my office in Whitefield, Bangalore, and collected the amount and said the case will be closed.
More than a year later I am receiving a statement from Reliance stating you should appear before Lok Adalat to resolve the dispute between Reliance and yourself to pay Rs 1783.
This is not acceptable and this is pure forgery from Reliance.
1. The connection was cancelled somewhere in November/ December 2012.
2. The bill was generated for a period where there was no usage at all.
3. We denied stating it cannot accept to pay the amount, but they kept on calling and threatening
4. Irrespective of their calls, we do not want to be disturbed unnecessarily, have decided to pay the amount and the executive came to my office in Whitefield, Bangalore and collected the payment from me (Amulya's Husband)
5. After a year and half, we are receiving the notice mentioning this is a case in court.
Now, I am not going to let this happen easily for Reliance. This is pure forgery, where those guys do not have the system and harrase people continously.
How many times does Reliance expect the payment?
After How many years, do you expect customers to hold a payment receipt or Challan?
