[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Phone is dead for last 6 months | |||||
I am a reliance FWP customer The company has stopped is CDMA system and upgraded to new 4G system for which we are asked to buy new wireless telephone set I have not opted for new set and my old handset is not working for last 6 months In spite of this company is charging me rental charges of the phone which is dead, I want to surrender the connection however neither any of customer care is taking my complaint nor any reliance service station Can anybody guide me to surrender my connection?
