Reliance Communications — Phone not activated since ten days. against same number

My phone was theft in train, i have taken new sim with same number from reliance communications, kothagudem, khammam dist telangana against payment of rs. 100.00 for duplicate sim. It was about ten days, but the same number was not activated, getting upset and unhappy about reliaance service by dealers. Attention is required on them. I am the regular customer of reliance since 20 years. But getting unhappy and too worst situatin. My phone number is [protected] (Tobe activated now) and my alternative phone number is [protected]. Pl give justice and do it activated immediately.
