Reliance Communications — Plan Changed without intimation

I have yet not got any resolution, just getting messages from them " has processed'

Please check in to this, Now they have sent a bill of 1000 again, where else I was not even aware that my existing plan has changed where my Roaming was free and at outgoing calls at usual rate .

I meant say that I have not got any resolution to my previous complain against Reliance and now again they have sent me a bill of 1000 Rs, and on top they send me sms that your SR No.[protected] has been processed, prior to this i also received another SMS which was before this, YOur SR no[protected].
