[Resolved] Reliance Communications — plan changed without my permission and forced me to pay high amount | |||||
I received a call form one of this company executive before issuing bill no :wb[protected] dated 22-aug-17 that they give me new offer against my 199/ pack on higher price but i refused to take that pack and instruct her to do not change my plan but she talk to me so impolitely and told me that you have to take new pack, i said why? Then without complete telecom she disconnect my call. That time i was so busy and do not take this issue seriously. But after when i received the bill no wb[protected] i was totally shocked to saw bill amt rs 688.38/. Then i immediately contact reliance care and told them the whole issue. After they assured me that they solved this issue and told me to pay the bill according to old pack i. E 199. I paid my bill no according to their assurance rs 238/ on 06th sep' 2017. But after the bill payment according to their instruction, my outgoing calls are deactivated on 10.09.17. This company make fool to their costumer and make illegally money only. This is totally mentally harassment. After drooping mail regarding my complain they are even not reply to my mail and disconnect all the services and forced me to pay high bill continue service on my current contact number.
