My reliance wipod no. [protected]
While writing this mail I am at the peak of my patience. This company has stolen my money and they are not even letting me to terminate my account with u as well...
I have planned to have a good wifi plan so that all my family members (including me ) can surf the internet without any hassle... And then I decided to opt for reliance wipod (my bad)...
I was promised that I'll get speed o[censored]pto 14 mbps.. Which was way farther from what I was actually getting.(hardly 512 kbps)...
I was also promised that my bill for very first 3 months will be off by 50% but as usual it was a fake promise too... I even tried to contact the sales representative who came for demonstration.
After receiving the first month bill I decided to not use this product as the performance of that product was very bad... And packed the device and kept it aside...
But they keep sending me the bills continuously however I already requested them to terminate my account...,
They threatened me that if I do not pay the bill they can file a suit against me. Therefore I was forced to pay the bill (even though i did not use that product).
after paying 1400.. In April month for that which I didn't even used... And was promised that after that my account will be terminated but again they sent me an another bill.. There was no no. Or anything was mentioned on the website too for help.
Now when I went to one of their service centre at Mukherjee Nagar...
Their staff called their seniors and asked them which department handles this thing... The entire staff was clueless...
