Reliance Communications — Poor service and slow problem solving

On 9th of dec, 2015, I Rameshkumar Bhartia registered a request from registered mobile number for transferring my Reliance landline phone[protected] from one market to another market in Surat, thereafter around 6-7 times I asked the status of my request processing, but Mr. Jaiveer had answeresd my call 4 times and Mr. Akhilesh had answered 2 times saying I will get a call from the Company's department but i got a call on 16th Dec, 2015. They told to appear in 2 days but till 31st Dec, 2015 my phone has not been transfered. So on 01st Jan, 2016, I registered request for termination of Reliance Land line phone[protected] with Mr. Akhilesh. On 6th Jan, 2016 had a talk with Mr. Jaiveer aagin he said I will get a call for termination now. Reliance Communication is providing worst services related to Land line phone I had ever seen. They generate bills but do not send hard copies of the same and charge late payment fees. They do not transfer or terminate your request and charge bill till the phone is not terminated even though the person is not able to use the services before two months. No it was resolved on 16th Jan, when i personally visited reliance surat centre. There Mr. Chaudhary checked my complaint status and informed me that my complain had not even been forwarded to your upper department and they were just saying that it has been forwarded. But now the complain is resolved.
