My reliance pro3 data card no. [protected]. My plan is 999-40gb. At krishnagiri (635001), from april-2016 onwards, the internet service given by reliance is very poor - frequent disconnections, days of zero connectivity, if connected - very poor speed. I tried raising several complaints with reliance customer care, but to no avail. They simply refuse to register a complaint. Even, if they register a complaint (After much argument), the complaint will be closed soon without solving the problem. Once they even said arrogantly, to use whatever service/speed that i given to me and not to raise any further complaints. Because of the poor service, my work is severely affected. My plan is 14mbps hi-speed data, but in reality, i am getting very low speeds of 5-10kbps. After bill generation, when i tried raising a waiver request, their customer care refused to comply and disconnects the call. Even my requests for disconnection of service, fell on deaf hears. Now, i'm getting spam calls and sms from them, stating that a case will be registered against me in delhi high court, threatening me with severe consequences. If this doesn't stop, i am planning to take legal action against reliance communications for causing mental agony and harassment. Was this information helpful? |
