Hi Sir, I had post paid number [protected], I was asked RCOM Store (Deep Enterprise Tilak Nagar, Indore ) to terminate the service of this number on 8th June 2015 as I relocate the location from Indore to Banaglore but He ask me to convert it Pre-Paid number afterward you can use this number to change portability option. After some times I checked it not convert to prepaid and they continue this number and ask to me pay amount, Now they send me a mail and call in which they threaten to go to legal process. I had logs complaint and also ask representative to stop this number but not getting any positive response, On Date 8th June, 2015 I also pay Rs 200 for outstanding bill for terminate post paid service.
