I have taken reliance post paid sim last 2 year back with Karnataka address in Andrapradesh circle and i have paying bills in time without fails.
My sim out & in coming call has been stopped last Friday i.e. on 19.02.16 and called customer care Mr. Satish, kalyany & other people, they told that contact local post paid office and submit documents address profs than only we will correct same.
i have checked Hindupur local reliance office for submit the address documents, but hindupur don't have post paid office and collected Ananthpur officer no called [protected]. They told that u have contact customer care. if submit documents also, we don't authority do correct.
Same way i have spoken to four time customer care & Ananthpur office, both are telling and escaping each other to solve the problem. but finally i have faced the problem.
Due to this experience i am requesting peoples don't go for reliance, the reliance customer care and other peoples are very bad wariest fellow, they not bothering other problems. Was this information helpful? |
