[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Postpaid bill dispute
I had taken a reliance postpaid connection in the year 2013 in mumbai. In 2014 i moved to pune and continued to use the same connection till early 2016. My subscribed plan was for rs 599 unlimited calls. I 3 years that i used the services i recieved bill between 700 to 900 every month which always paid on time. However, suddenly one day they sent me a bill of 1700. When i checked with customer care they said that since trai rules have changed now pune is considered to be roaminig lcation. I said if there was a change then ypu shud have notified me before. Thts why i did not pay the bill. I requested them to send me the correct bill and i will make the payments but they never sent tht. Now i recieved a prelitigation notice. What should i do? Was this information helpful?
