[Resolved] Reliance Communications — postpaid bill wrongly generated - [protected] | |||||
My post paid plan monthly bill is getting wrongly generated for last 3 months. I have tried to escalate through customer support emails and call center numbers but no resolution is provided. I am helpless to understand how will i address this issue and rectify my bills. They are charging advance rentals without my permissions and activated multiple services with not consent. From last 3 days they have de-activated my services an stopped all the incoming/outgoing calls as well. My plan is 599 rental including national roaming, unlimited outgoing & 3 gb, 4g data. Its been a month now i cant even make calls or recieve a single calls.though i can use my net and recieve company messages.i dont know whats the problem.if someone calls then it says switched off.
