Dear Sir, I have a reliance prepaid number [protected] in Bhilai Chhattisgarh. The sms service is not activated on my number. I can receive text messages but cannot send text or multimedia messages from my number. I have tried many times by reaching customer service executive through IVR ( nearly impossible to reach), every time i got the message that its a technical problem and will be resolved within 24 hrs but its 15 days and i am not able to use the services. Further, they are deducting 10 Rs daily for VAS shemaroo which i never subscribed. almost 50 Rs have been deducted. when i contacted reliance they told me they have stopped the services but daily money is being deducted. this is cheating by reliance communications. i have close to Rs 1000/- in my pre paid account and do not intend to use the service becoz of cheating by reliance. however, would request you to help me getting proper services by reliace.
