Dear sir/ madam I bought ZTE n919d smartphone from ebay which was delivered to me on 19th March I inserted my cdma sim with mobile no [protected] in it. But no data was given to me. I called up[protected] they told me to charge with 13 rs I did the same still no data benefits were provided to me. I was given complaint no[protected]. I called up again now they told me mine is prepaid no they can't help me, I called up 198 no help still. I called up today[protected] they told me my offer is activated on my sim [protected] on 25th march. But still i'm not able to use the benefits. Plz help me out. Meid no - cdma: A1000035C1xxxx IMEI NO - GSM : [protected]xxxx update;; i recieved a message on 26th march Dear reliance customer with refrence to your sr no[protected] offerrecharge benefit has been updated in your account.thanks but still i'm not able to use my 3g data god save Anil DhiruBhai Ambani thats why company share has got down from 700 rs to 60 rs only Was this information helpful? | |||
