[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Raising bill for terminated cdma service in bangalore

I was using Reliance WI Pod Data card ([protected], CDMA) for last 1 year. Recently Reliance on trying to launch 4G Services, their CDMA service was not working properly from 6th july and completely stopped working from Aug 5th.

But i have not opted for 4G service and called customer care to cancel my service. But the customer care executives are only asking me to use my services and not cancelling my CDMA Service.

They are Charged for the month of July 6 to Aug 5, however after continuous complaining the have agreed to waive this bill.

But now again they are sending the bill for Aug 6 to Sep 5th period.

i have already informed them i am not using Reliance 4G service and not even use this 4G sim card in any mobile or data card.

it is really frustrating that company like reliance is raising the bill for the CDMA service which they have terminated.

Please help me with a solution.

I understand your customer service team is misleading you.
My problem is not solved or in other sense Reliance is not interested to understand the problems faced by me. Yes your customer service team called me. But their answer was same as before. They said please call reliance customer care and raise the compliant. If I call your customer care then... All back to square one.
My only question to you is, please tell me when did I activate the 4G services or did I use your 4G service.
I used your CDMA service, and it is Reliance that disconnected CDMA not me. Disconnection of service means my CDMA account is also disconnected. You don't have any right to change my CDMA account to 4G with out my confirmation.
You can call and irritate me as much as you can, my only answer will be " NO". I won't pay for any service which I am not using.

If you really want to solve the issue. Kindly dont call me or send me any Mails asking for payment.

Deactivate any 4G service (which I never activated).

For your information I have already started using 4G service of other networks

They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .
