[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Received bill after deactivating the netsetter | |||
Dear sir, Myself rajasree e r. Iam holding a datacard with no. [protected]. On 4th june i had cancelled my net setter from an authorised service outlet at ernakulam (Devi enterprises, reliance mobile store, ernakulam). During the deactivation process had done the full and final settlement also. After so many days i didnt got any update for the same and i called up the mentioned outlet then they raised a sr[protected] against my complaint and told the issue will be getting resolved in 15 days. After all this procedure again on 26th june i received monthly bill for the netsetter. Request you to take necessary action on the above. Was this information helpful? | |||
