This is naresh. I did recharge of 299 to my mother reliance number ([protected]) on 28th august 2017 through my airtel payment bank. Amount was debited from my account but recharge was not done. I contacted reliance customer care so many times, they are saying recharge was not done to the above mobile number. Then i contacted bank people about transaction details. They have given all the details about recharge transaction. With that details i contacted reliance customer care, they are giving very rash and irresponsible answers. Here i am giving my bank transaction details.

I sent so many mails to customer care. They didnt respond to even signle mail. Help me on this. I am really saying customer care people need training on solving customer issues.
