[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Recharge | |||||
Hi. I made a recharge of rs.999 towards my usb internet stick *cdma on 9th june, 2016. The recharge goes successful and money is debited from my account. Pretty soon cdma shuts down as so gets the data pulped as i am told. Prior to this, i have not been informed by the message that my cdma would be shut down (Not in the concrete terms). Since cdma was to be shut down anyway, why did the recharge went through successfully? As i haven't used the internet and i spent significant amount of money on the recharge, i would like the money refund to me. I attach a copy of the transaction. Regards, Abhijeet.
