[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Recharge done but benefits not given and balance deducted | |||
I had recharged with rs. 678 which gives 1 gb data per month for 12 months on 9.42 am on 21st October 2014 on my reliance cdma no [protected]. I started using internet around 11 am and in some time all my balance got deducted. Main balance was Rs. 193.27 which became zero. 6 hours have gone since the recharge is done but still the data balance has not been given in my account. So it is kindly requested that the data balance of 1 gb per month be given for 12 months and also Rs. 193.27 be refunded back to my main account balance at the earliest.
