Reliance Communications — Recharge money deducted but recharge not done yet | |||
As told by Customer Care executive of Reliance : "*129# facility enable user to buy special packs of calling, gprs etc and money will deducted from their balance." . I dialed *129# selected an option "3G data 1gb @ rs 74". Then a message popped up "thank you your request has been processed" and then money was deducted from my balance which was approx Rs 200. But I didn't get any data yet and my remaining was deducted too. Please Help. Thanks, Sunil Was this information helpful? | |||
