[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Recharge money lost | |||||
I did a recharge of Rs. 20 on my Reliance GSM number, [protected] on Jun 25, 2016. I lost all my balance very soon. I could not used it for a single call. I inquired customer care many times since then but all time they said that they can't provide any information as system up gradation is in place. They asked me to call after 2 hours. I followed up many times but got the same response. I wonder, for how long system up gradation activity happens. They are doing nothing rather making me fool. Please take a serious action on this. This is not because I lost Rs. 20 but they are making a fraud and I am pretty sure many customers might have faced the same. Generally, no one reports for little amount loss. Jun 28, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I got a call from customer support. They register an SR 247330655. They resolved it as well and returned the amount.
As this complain was not logged to get the amount but for the responsiveness they should adhere to.
I hope, they will serve their commitment, at least in my case. Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

I got a call from customer support. They register an SR[protected]. They resolved it as well and returned the amount.
