Reliance Communications — Reconnect AC not working

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600100

Reconnect brand AC not working with in a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. To get the service I made several calls and mails, even though the took their own time to fix it. After 60 days it was fixed but again it was not working with in15 days time.
No immediate action from RESQ or reliance. Only sorry, already I last 2months for my machine
Please remove it to fix a new machine

After this complaint with in 10min, I received a call from a person, he was telling something in Hindi, but I could not able to understand. But it was some bad words in Hindi. Till today 20 May no proper response from reliance
