[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Recovery calls against a disputed bill

I had a reliance dongle with number [protected], while reliance was migrating to 4g as, they shut my services down without information and instead sent me a bill two months later whereas my account had a credit balance of rs. 750 when i had last used it, now they are constantly calling me for money, despite having explained them many many many times, they still keep calling, on the other hand, they have assured me many times that they would look into the matter, i don't understand the matter, they are forcing me to pay despite having not given any service all that time??? can someone suggest a good way to deal with such exploitative methods and harassment?

Ever since I have posted a complaint on this forum for my MDN [protected], RELIANCE HAVE BEEN calling me either for recovery or for resolving the issue with ABSURD IDEAS like : RELIANCE ASKING ME TO OWN UP FOR THE FAULT THAT THE FORGOT TO PRICES MY COMPLAINT ON TIME AND THUS I MUST SAY THAT I JUST PLACED A COMPLAINT AND NOT BEFORE, I DONT UNDERSTAND WHEN I HAVE WRITTEN ATLEAST 50 EMAILS TO THE ORGANISATION INCLUDING APPEALLATE AUTHY THEN Why Doesn't Reliance send anything in writing??

Instead of calling me with assurances and then Saying something else on calls asking for money, why cannot you resolve the issue by sending in black and white on my email address, whatever you have to say so that I can keep them for records too...

I have been receiving the same calls again and again asking for the money that I do not owe??? MDN [protected], I had a credit balance on my account for 750/- when I last used the connection, u took away that money from my account and took about 3 months to process the request for termination and now you are asking for money???

They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call & billing section will call us daily for paying the bill generated after deactivation .Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .
