[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Refund of money which you have deducted by activating a service by yourself

My name is Hemant Kumar. My no. is [protected]. On 14th october i got the the message saying "Amount Charged for VAS ShotFormatGSM Rs:8.00 Current Main Balance Rs:1.49". The thing is that i didn't activated this service. It gets activated on its own. When i tried calling the 198 i wasn't able to get connected to customer care and same thing happens on 15th also and on 16th when i was able able to get connected, the customer care told me that it is a non-refundable service. But the thing is that this service was activated on my number once before also. At that time when i complained to the customer care, he refunded me the money. You also activated one more service (ASKhtfrmtDMSSubs28) on my number. I send the message to deactivate that service but the service get deactivated after u have deducted the money from my no. So, please refund my money back to my number.
