Reliance Communications — Regarding 10gb free data on migration on gsm 4g. | |||
At the time of migration from cdma to gsm 4g, i was charged by rs. 25.0 to provide new gsm 4g sim and it was conveyed by the store authorized person (At reliance store, at neelam-bata road, near - escort hospital, faridabad, hr) that you will get 1gb 3g data along with some free calls for one month and 10gb 4g data after 4g launch. After activation of sim i got 1gb 3g data and some free (As conveyed by the store authorized person) but today (09.07.2016) my phone is receiving lte network (4g) but don't get 10gb 4g data. After that i called to customer care at *333 then they conveyed to me that you will not get any free 4g data from reliance. I wanted to know reason for this but they did not explain. As reliance knows that i am using this number from very long time (5~6 years) in cdma, even after reliance is compelling their customers to port their numbers in another operators. I request to reliance please don't commit offers, if commit then complete your commitments to save reputation of reliance. Also request that please provide 10gb 4g data to me at my number [protected] (As conveyed and committed by the store authorized person at the time of gsm 4g migration) Was this information helpful? | |||
