[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Regarding Broadband Connection Not Working

I am from chennai, We had connected our broadband through reliance, Since almost from May 24 up to till date June 3 2014, I had given the complaint on 26there is no connection problem resolved. After sending the complaint i received a mail as of Dear Customer, This is with reference to your e-mail dated May 26, 2014 for your Reliance Broadband Subscriber ID [protected], regarding connectivity issue and service cancellation. We regret the inconvenience. We have registered your complaint vide Service Request ID[protected] and it will be resolved within 24 hours; post which a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you from our end.
