Reliance Communications — Regarding cdma to 4g upgrade | |||||
Hi, My datacard number is [protected] that is cdma dongle. Now they upgrade to 4g so my cdma is not working after that i am going to upgrade to 4g in starting they told me you have to pay only inr899 but when i am going to purchase 4g dongle they demand me inr1599. They are making us fool because i am very old customer and i always pay bill on time. My services was shut down without intimation. Reliance customer care executive are not resolving my matter and they are there to make customer fool. I have talk to shusant he transfered my call to suman on 17 jul 16 at around 2.00 pm but he simply passed my time but not resolved my complain I am also giving you mail copy which i received from reliance side https://mail.
