Hello, My issue is this why customer care associate had confirmed at the rearchging time that it free calling will work till 13th of august 2015, and afterwards reliance deducted my complete rs 136 balance on 13th of aug, why it given the wrong information, i have the voice recording of that conversation that i will put in the consumer court. Reliance is doing twice time with my account, just let i am taking this matter to the court and i will put all proof in front of him. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||

i doesnt understand what y link had send to me, my only concern that my rs136 had deducted by completely misguided by your customer care associate, if you do regarding that its ok, otherwise i will move forward to the honauble court
