Reliance Communications — Regarding my closed postpaid connection | |||
I have requested to close my postpaid connection(mob. [protected]) and got confirmation of reliance account close request no.[protected] on 29th July 2015. I have also paid final settlement bill(7th Aug 2015) and have stamped and signature from Reliance web world manager on the receipt. Suddenly now I am getting repeated threatening calls from some lawyer's office and they are saying pay the bill in half an hour otherwise ready for consequences. I have complaint about 2 things 1) If the final settlement has been done why I am receiving these disturbing calls. 2) Has reliance hired some recovery agents specially girls which are talking rudely on phone as well as threatening customers. 3) We are not responding in the same language because we respect ladies but reliance should stop such practice. As discussed please find attached the receipt provided to me from Sajannagar navlakha Indore M.P. Reliance web world when I personally visited them on 8th of August 2015. Also to be sure I have asked them to write the termination request confirmation ID and its date along with final bill paid. Executive name is also mentioned Manoj Saxena in receipt. I am happy that at least you are looking into the matter and hope you understand that once the Reliance designated person confirms the termination to customer and ask him to pay the final bill that is what maximum we can do.

Yes I got a call from Reliance Retention team and they informed me that in future I will not be getting any calls regarding this and it can be a technical fault where system is not showing the number terminated but Reliance communication is going to take care of correction.
Thanks a lot for taking care of this . Can you please provide me service request number or any other identification so that this communication can be refereed again later ? Because I need to be assure that In your records also this number is terminated as per July 2015 which I already made all the payments and in future no claimsbills will be demanded.

Repeated calls does not stopped but when I told them that Vikas Sharma from Reliance Communication Retention team who spoke to me to resolve the issue has accepted it as technical fault and assured me that you will not be getting calls again, they say can you do one thing send us the request mail and bla bla...
I am not going to again follow up on this issue by sending mail to anybody, if retention team head from reliance communication assures customer then why can not people calling can connect within reliance communication or they have hired third party recovery agents which can not even tell their employee ID in Reliance Communication. Reliance Communication should reply back on this through this forum.
