Reliance Communications — Regarding Net Disconnection | |||
I am facing problem with the service provider for disconnection of my reliance datacard from last 2 months My data card had a hardware problem and it is in warranty period and no replacement was done I asked them to disconnect my services as i was unable to use the datacard due to hardware problem but they are not disconnecting and generating the bills I have raised service request last week and they responded that they will terminate, but today they have sent a mail that your problem was resolved and your services are active Kindly do me favour in this aspect Was this information helpful? | |||
