[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Regarding: reliance compliance letter - for unbilled

Hello Reliance Communication customer care,

Sorry for saying this, I am totally disappointed for your data card working & customer care service,

I have been purchased reliance Wi-Fi Data card ([protected]) Feb.2016 and till have not get proper 3G data service. Multi time I complaint your customer care, but no one taking responsibility for this network down. I paid the 4 months bill amount honestly with network issue, but customer care member can’t properly answer my query. So I cant pay the bill amount INR 1500/- last 2 months. Your peoples call me continuously (more then 20-30 hours) I have been connect my call for this bill payment issue. I properly explain my issue each time of my call with your care members, they gave different stupid suggestion for my issue, list below:

1. Please pay your bill, then deactivate your dongle.
2. We transfer your call my higher authority for query clarification.
3. We cancel of your payment, then you activate / deactivate your modem
4. We migrated to 4G JIO, so please buy 4G dongle
5. Simply throw your old dongle, buy new 4G dongle & SIM (Pay INR1800/-)
6. Most of guys not answer my call. Only listen my radio voice

Then no one create compliant for network issue until this time, I latterly know, this peoples are blame me, because reliance to move 4G side then it will not concentrate 3G /2G.
Yesterday I have a call from your legal advact side, she seid that you quicly pay your bill amount, otherwise you will suffer for legal Court action (without respect speech)
Today morning I call your customer care member, these person’s can’t properly answer my call. Your so will not be check your details, so you face lehgal action.number has been deactivated for bill issue.

We can’t able to check my data card status & any other details for de activated my call.

Still, I am ready to pay your bill within hours, but please give me proper 3G networks for my dongle. Otherwise I can’t pay this bill.

Please think my point of view, I have 1500 spent for this dongle with in 3 months, this migrate to new one so how can I purchase new one for your service.
I had consumed 2G data from your network (Not 3G), so please give your suggestion for this issue.
