Reliance Communications — Regarding the bill issues of my number

I registered a number with the company 2 years back paying one stroke money for the all the facilities unlimited according to your plan. Now reliance has converted all cdma connections to gsm. When i bought the gsm card from my nearby store, your assistant informed me that the plan is continued even if the connection is transferred. But suddenly a bill of amount ₹2297.63 was raised by the company. I have a launched a complaint and the number for it is[protected] but haven't received any further communication from your side.
