[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Regarding Unlimited Pack not activated on my reliance gsm number.

Hi Team,
Yesterday I have done recharge of rs. 199 on my reliance prepaid number [protected] from my nearby reliance retailer.As per the plan I can make unlimited Local & STD calls and I also get 1 GB 2G data but I didnt receive any one of them . I tried to call reliance customer care but no one receive my call . I am fed up of this Service. I want you to take immediate action on this otherwise I will port my number and connect with some other operators which gives 1000 time better service than reliance.
This is the Second Instance where I have to submit by complaint through this Portal .Reliance Customer Care service seems to be one of the worst services that I felt.I want you to resolve my issue as soon as possible .

I received call from [protected] number but due to some network issue I was unable to connect with Customer Care then I callback on this number but this number is invalid . Request you to please look into my problem and resolved as soon as possible. If you want any input from my side then please call me regarding this.
