Reliance Communications — regarding unnecessarily deduction of money from my account | |||
pallavi thakur.i have recharged my phone of 80 rupee on 03/2015, i didn't make any calls, suddenly check my balance on 21/04/2015.my phone balance was 0.then I recharged my phone of 160 rupee.suddenly i checked my balance after 2hrs and there was 3 rupee deduction, i called 198, they didnot return my money.they said that our RELIANCE COMPANY GIVE THAT SERVICES WHEN YOU BUY SIM.without my knowledge services were activated and still after my complaint they are deducting money.moreover they have blocked my number on 198 and i am unable to talk with customer care. Very bad experience with reliance.i was not expecting this behaviour. They are not returning my money and further after My complaint my money deducting.I am totally unhappy and portable my number soon. Was this information helpful? | |||
