Reliance Communications — Regarding wrongly charged on my outgoing reliance calls.

Hello sir/mam,
This mahantesh. My reliance number is [protected](Karnataka circle).
I am constantly calling regarding wrongly charging me even if i have free reliance to reliance calls.
Sir i have recharged with 295 rupees on 6/4/2016 in which i have got unlimited reliance to reliance local calls, 100000 sec std reliance, 30 mins free other network & free incoming in roaming. These all benefits are applicable in roaming also.
I was at my native maharashtra from 8/4/16 to 16/4/16 in that period i am getting benefits of free incoming & 30 mins other network free but whenever i was calling to reliance number it is charging me 1.15 rupees per min. I have registered a complaint regarding the same on 9/04/16 and i got 4.6 rupees refund for wrongly charged on 8/04/16 for reliance number but that problem have not resolved.
Same wrong deduction continued until i was in roaming. In the period of 9/04/16 to 16/04/16 i have charged arround 230 rupeese. Whenever i called to customer care they always telling that it is solving status and that benefit is refunded you.
Presently i am in karnataka my calling plan working well. When i have called regarding refund of money customer care representative not responding correctly they just telling we dont have any data regarding wrongly charged.
In roaming i have faced so much problem regarding this & also i have called so many times to 198, from 12/04/16 i am not able to call 198, that call will automaticaly disconnect whenever i want to representative for that also i have given complaint arroun 3 to 4 times that also not resolve when i am roaming. I used to call from others relience number.
Sir please help me out to get my refund amount and loss benefits of those days( from 8/04/16 to 16/08/16).
I have mailed this thing to customer care also still that havent resolved.

your team contacted asked me regarding wrongly deduction happened and told that they will raise the complaint and will call once again and given following massage on 20/4/16 by 1.30pm...

After 4 to 5 hrs I got massage...

these massages are I got on 21/04/16 around 5 pm. But no one called regarding that problem and I haven't got any refund amount till now.
I am surprise that without solving problem they sending like this massage.
I have sent mail to customer back which I'd given me by customer care representative. I have mailed twice on 12 & 20 April, from their also I haven't get any reply.
Really very terrible experience with Relience customer care team. very worst service provided by Relience team. when I gave a complaint they will tell it will resolve in 48 hrs, when I have called after 48 hrs because that problem haven't resolved then they will tell still 48 haven't completed you call once again, after some time they will tell it will resolve by today night. when still it haven't resolve by night, once I call by next morning either their server is not working or they haven't have any 3 days previous data.
Really full waste of recharge money and extra charges on calling.
This problem I have faced when I am in roaming, I have frustrated doing recharge so many times & if I want to call 198 that service also not available to my number, I used to call from other number and raising problem so many times I was getting same answer that it is in still process and solve in 48 hrs and they were telling that benefit will given to you. Almost 8 days completed and still that problem was not solved. After returning to my local area and called regarding wrong deduction and loss benefits they don't have any data before 3 days, How funny it is...
I have talked to customer care team seniors, technical to Bangalore office and even mailed to back team I haven't get resolution on problem.
They have accepted that my 295 recharge plan not working properly and will resolve as early as possible and they have given refund of 4.6 rupees whatever wrong deduction on 8/4 but whatever same deduction happened from 9/4 to 16/4 that amount around 232 rupees that they are not refunding and now they are telling that it is correctly charged.
one more funny thing is that one of senior customer care team telling that 295 plan is not for GSM, It is a CDMA plan, I think they are also don't have idea or knowledge regarding plan details.
That 295 plan validity is 25 days in which 8 days I haven't get benefits and this deduction they are not refunding.
totally I have experience with Relience.
By today Its almost completing 13 day I have raised problem which haven't resolved when I was in roaming, its my goodness that plan working correctly in local.
Still i have Hope all lost benefit will credit to me as early as possible.
