Dear Sir, I am a current user of reliance 3 data card chennai. I have paid a monthly unlimited amount of 797 for 30 days but after 3 days of my usage, the datacard stopped working. when i called to customer care they told that there is a network issue in my area and it will take 90-120 days to resolve. I asked them to solve my problem by refunding the money or extend the validity till the network issue get solved. but they are not replying and disconnection the call. please help me. regards, avinash kumar datacard no.
