[Resolved] Reliance Communications — reliance 3g data card

I had been using a reliance 3g datacard from 2015 which was suddenly disconnected and when i enquired at the concerned dealer i was told that the 3g service has been disabled and i'll have to buy a new datacard with 4g upgradation. This was done without any information and my datacard was made redundant. I had paid all my dues till the point of disconnection. Still i have been getting continuous mails regarding balance payment to be made or else action will be initiated against me. How can reliance do this? On one hand you disconnect my service abruptly without any information and force me to purchase a new dongle in the name o[censored]pgradation and when i don't do that i am being sent mails for default payments. This is not acceptable. Please look into the matter.
